Stop Smoking and Eat Better

There are three factors which make quit smoking very difficult:

· Addiction

· Association

· Habit

Out of these three factors the major one is Habit; it is something which we do both consciously and unconsciously. Habit is a deeply rooted factor and it need to be replaced rather to be removed. Those who are affected by this factor of smoking they need serious stop smoking help or else they can try to replace their habit with something else. Like the habit of eating delicious food or the habit of playing cards etc. well it has also been said that when a smoker quit smoking he significantly gains weight because the foods tastes better and appetite increases dramatically. So stop smoking and live a happy life.
